Tecno Mobile is set to release another flagship product as expected. The device was leaked a few days ago and I checked Tecno’s official website this morning to confirm if the rumors we’ve been hearing about Tecno R7 is actually true. A facebook post from Tecno Mobile Nigeria official facebook page also confirmed it:
Well, this is Tecno’s biggest product so far in terms of specifications and speed! An octa-core device with 2GB RAM and Gorilla glass sounds like a really big deal but we’re yet to hold this device to see what it really feels like and give a hands-on review.
However, as good as the RAM and processor sound, almost everyone was a bit disappointed with the OS. I was expecting Tecno to launch its first Android Kitkat device but unfortunately, Tecno R7 also comes with 4.2 Jellybean just like most of the devices in the #LiveSmart family.
It’s the first Tecno smartphone to come with Gorilla glass and this device comes with a whooping 16GB ROM, giving you more free space to play with.
