Infinix Hote Note with 2GB RAM Announced [Press Release]

Infinix Hote Note with 2GB RAM Announced [Press Release]

This is obviously as a result of requests from several Infinix fans as a lot of changes in recent time have been decided by feedback from customers.

Your favorite device of the Year, the Infinix Hot Note will now come with 2GB ram and 16GB ROM, and also all other devices to be released by Infinix will come with no less than 2GB RAM. Isn’t this good news to hear?

Lets explain the importance of more phone RAM? In the most basic terms, it’s sort of your phone’s workspace area, the temporary, fast-access part of the brain it uses to store the apps and stuff you’re currently using. In short, the more you have, the better and more fluid the experience.

The main benefit of having a large chunk of RAM on your smartphone, such as the 2GB RAM is simple. It means more apps can stay open in the background, reducing the endless opening/closing cycle that can make using a slower, less capable smartphone a tedious exercise in staring at a wide range of rotating “loading” icons.

It also mean games, which always benefit from having more memory to help them run smoothly, will work better, plus you’ll also be able to keep your play sessions alive in memory. So switching from a game to Twitter won’t dump you back to the “Press Start” screen and lose your progress.

This advantage of more RAM compliments other features of the Hot Note like:

  • 5.5 Inch LED Screen
  • 8+2 MP Camera with LED flash
  • 4000 mAh battery with Fast Charger
  • Quad core 1.3GHz Processor
  • 16GB ROM
  • Call Gestures
  • 5 Exciting colours:  red, blue, black, white and gold
  • Upgradeable to Lollipop OS

This phone will be available on Jumia & Konga.
