Most of these are yet to be updated work with the latest iOS version. Before you learn the hard way, it is advised that you try to find out if a Cydia tweak or app is compatible with iOS 10.
AppSync Unified on iOS 10?
Contrary to the general belief that AppSync is only for piracy, there are other uses for this extremely useful Cydia tweak a lot of people rely on. There are certain apps that are restricted to specific regions. People outside such regions have no choice but to sideload IPA files they can find online. For now, AppSync Unified isn’t compatible with iOS 10. Trying to install it will send your device to a bootloop. The developer has already confirmed this in a tweet:
Please stop installing AppSync Unified on iOS 10. It won’t work. You’ll only bootloop your device.

And yes, I plan to update AppSync Unified for iOS 10. However, I must wait until Prometheus is released before I can have others test it.
