iOS 7 comes with a Control Center that makes SBSettings and NCSettings unneeded. However, Apple failed to include useful toggles like 3G, data usage, location services and more.
A video teaser emerged today from Ryan Petrich showing a customized control center with toggles not included by default. Ryan is a developer well known for tweaks like DisplayRecorder and DeepEnd.

Similar to NCSettings that used to work on iOS 6, you can scroll through the toggles and some added ones include:
- Settings shortcut
- Auto lock
- Do Not Disturb
- Location Services
- Respring
- Airplane Mode
- Wi-Fi
- Rotation
- Bluetooth
As exciting as this looks, the tweak isn’t yet available on Cydia but you can watch out for it in this repository: http://rpetri.ch/repo/.

Update
This tweak just hit Cydia today. You can now get it from Ryan’s repo mentioned above.
